ABOUT JOCELYN

Jocelyn E. Ezratty is an Associate Attorney at Di Pietro Partners, LLP and she focuses her practice on regulatory health care matters, transactional corporate law, and business and commercial litigation.

Jocelyn advises corporate health care clients about corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters that relate to anti-kickback, anti-self referral, insurance, state licensure, change of ownership, and privacy laws.  Jocelyn also has experience representing health care companies and individuals on a broad range of legal matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, medical licensure issues, health care provider confidentiality, ERISA, and third party payor disputes.

Jocelyn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Jocelyn was the recipient of the Exemplary Service to the Poor Award for her participation in the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic’s medical-legal partnership. There, she advocated for low-income individuals in front of administrative agencies for her clients’ disability, immigration, and public benefits matters.  While participating in the Health Rights Clinic, she also won an administrative appeal in federal court, overruling a final decision by the Social Security Administration based on interpretations of the Social Security Act regulations.
