Rodolfo ‘Rudy’ Mayor
Rodolfo ‘Rudy’ Mayor is an Associate Attorney at Di Pietro Partners, LLP. During law school, Rudy worked in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC where he assisted in the defense of several U.S. Government agencies in complex civil litigation. At the Department of Justice, Rudy worked on the federal defense of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for Hurricane Katrina-related levee failures. He also made an administrative claims recommendation to the Director of the Federal Torts Claims Act Section based on complex federal sovereign immunity laws. Rudy also worked for McCarthy Wilson, LLP, a reputable a Washington Area trial firm, on personal injury defense, wrongful death and commercial litigation matters for several Fortune 500 insurance companies. Rudy served as Senior Editor of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal where he published several case notes in Oxford University Press’ Reports on International Law. He also founded the Cuban American Bar Association DC Student Chapter, which helped create mentorship and networking opportunities for law students of Cuban origin in Washington, DC.
Rodolfo ‘Rudy’ Mayor focuses his legal practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, probate and trust litigation, health care law, election law and general civil litigation.

Rudy is a lifelong resident of South Florida and graduated from Hialeah Senior High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University in 2011 and his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2014. Rudy is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts.
