Grace Perez de la Mesa is an Associate Attorney at Di Pietro Partners. Grace graduated from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law in 2024. Prior to earning her Juris Doctor degree, Grace graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a concentration in Business. During law school, Grace interned for Urbieta Law, where she assisted in cases ranging from probate, real estate, and guardianship law.

Grace focuses her legal practice on areas of Probate, Trust Law, and general civil matters.

LEADERSHIP & MEMBERSHIP

During law school, Grace was a member of the Florida Probate and Trust Law Society and the Fashion Law Society where she would attend conferences, stay informed on developments in these fields, and learn directly from professionals in the industry. Grace interned at Urbieta Law, where she prepared correspondence and pleadings related to probate and guardianship cases, and assisted in reviewing residential real estate closings and title documents. Additionally, she worked with the Miami-Dade Bar Association, providing support to small business owners in obtaining the necessary permits to operate their businesses. Grace holds a real estate license, and throughout law school, worked as a real estate sales associate, contributing to Cervera Real Estate’s top-performing teams. Grace is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
