Tyler Mutschler is an Associate Attorney at Di Pietro Partners. Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Health Law Concentration from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in 2021. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor degree, Tyler obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with a minor in communications. During law school, Tyler clerked with Di Pietro Partners where he assisted on a variety of cases ranging from health care law, probate law and general civil matters.

Tyler focuses his legal practice on areas of Health Care Law, Probate and Trust Law, and general civil matters.

LEADERSHIP & MEMBERSHIP

Tyler is the recipient of the Health Law Certificate, awarded to those who successfully completed various health law courses offered at NSU’s Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Tyler volunteered with the Rapid Response Eviction Assistance Program where he worked on the Homeless Legal Prevention Project to assist low-income families that were facing eviction. He also participated in the Civil Field Placement Clinic where he gained invaluable civil litigation experience. Tyler is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
