Carli Marsh is an Associate Attorney at Di Pietro Partners. Carli started her career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. Carli started at the State Attorney’s Office handling misdemeanor cases and quickly climbed the ladder to become a division lead handling First-Degree Felonies to include armed trafficking in illegal narcotics, attempted murders and other violent crimes. In her time as an Assistant State Attorney, Carli gained substantial litigation experience, having tried over 50 jury and bench trials. Additionally, she has drafted, researched and litigated numerous pretrial motions involving a variety of legal issues in a broad range of criminal matters. As a trial lawyer, Carli has developed a reputation for being a skilled litigator who is not afraid to take on even the most challenging cases. Carli has a deep understanding of the trial process ranging from jury selection to litigation strategy making her able to navigate complex legal issues with ease.

Carli is a lifelong resident of South Florida, where she attended Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL until her senior year when she attended and graduated from Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Communications from the University of Florida in 2017 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 2020. Carli is admitted into practice throughout Florida.
